All submitted information must be accurate and complete.
Your stall category and selected payment option should match your actual business type.
Submission of this form does not automatically guarantee final approval.
Incomplete applications or missing payment proof may delay processing.
Vendors must follow event layout, safety, setup timing, and organizer instructions.
Any promotional display, menu, or merchandise must be appropriate for a family-friendly cultural event.
Organizers reserve the right to review, approve, or decline any application if required.

After you submit: our team will review your application and contact you using the provided phone number or email for confirmation, next steps, stall approval, or any additional information if needed.
